Overview

We offer 10 days after delivery to open an RMA request via the orders page. After 10 days have elapsed past delivery we are unable to accept new return requests. All embroidered sales are final. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, as well as bulk items without material defect cannot be returned.

To complete your return, please visit your orders page, select the order from which you wish to return an item, and start a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request from there.

Once your RMA is approved, you will need to return the items to Signature Media Group’s corporate address.

Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds can only be offered on cancelled orders. In order to cancel your order please go to your orders and generate an RMA request as soon as possible upon deciding to do so. If the order has already been passed to our manufacturing partners we are unable to guarantee that your cancellation request will be honored, and under which case it will need to be exchanged.

If we are able to cancel your order in time then your refund will be processed. If your purchase was made using account funds your full amount will be returned to your account. If your purchase was made using a coupon code you will be issued a new coupon code for the amount of the order. If your purchase was made via credit card you will receive a refund back to your original card, normally within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@smgonline.us or via our contact center and reference your order number.

Exchanges

If there is an issue with the item and you need to get it in another size, color, or alternate logo design, access your order and request an RMA for the relevant items in the order you wish to exchange. If your RMA is accepted you will be asked to return your products to our mailing address, listed below, including your RMA number on the packaging and on a slip inside the packaging.

DO NOT RETURN ITEMS UNTIL YOUR RMA HAS BEEN APPROVED!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange based on the condition of the item.

You will be issued a coupon code for the value of the items returned which you may use to purchase the desired replacement product – this coupon will have a valid date of 30 days from issuance.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 8646 Eagle Creek Circle – Suite 107, Savage, MN 55378. Before sending, affix your RMA number to the packaging, as well as inside the package – this will ensure we are able to properly process your return.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a coupon code or refund, the amount provided will be for the items, and will not refund shipping except at Signature Media Group’s discretion for material defects.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can only issue coupon codes for exchanged items once the item is confirmed as received.
